“They Have Taken God Out Of Schools” You Say? That’s Impossible - and horrible theology

“They Have Taken God Out Of Schools” You Say?
That’s Impossible - and horrible theology.

The Connecticut school shooting is too horrific to go into detail.
Evil manifested at the mass-murder of these 6 and 7 year old children
and the adults that cared for them.

Why did it happen?
It is someone’s fault?
Who?
Gun or gun-control people?
Mentally ill people or mental health workers?
Both metal health and guns need to be studied.
But that is not the Christians task in helping win the world.

Some church people say it is public schools.
You know “What do you expect when we take God out of the schools?”
Stupid theology will not help our country.
Psalm 139:8 (NKJV)
“8 If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.”
The psalmist King David made it clear that God is everywhere and you cannot stop Him from doing as he desires.

If God and the gospel of Jesus Christ have not been made known then we know whose fault it is if God is does not have representatives in schools - the Body of Christ.
God expects the following from The Body of Christ-
                 Ephesians 3:6
“6 that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel,”

The tragedy happened in Connecticut –where Jonathan Edwards was the theological force of The Great Awakening in the 1730’s and 1740’s.
The Great Awakening was when our nation’s great national Christian heritage was established.

It has been one week and we have had the press dissect the horrible evil event, the president gave an on-site visit, politicians have taken sides before the children were even buried.  We have as a nation placed this on a shelf and never dealt the aching anxious soul scarring of this event and what led to it.  We have to have a Holy Ghost revival in the land or we will be forever lost.

So if you declare “They have taken God out of schools.“ you are declaring that the Holy Spirit does not dwell in believers in the schools.
Then you have done nothing to evangelize these students and teachers.
And if your kids go to school are you not shepherding them in the faith?
So the disappointment and problem of society is Christians who ignore Christ.
It’s time to get busy if you are in the Body of Christ-
1 Timothy 1:15 (NKJV)
“15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.”
