Question> Has anyone seen Jesus?
Has anyone today seen the resurrected Jesus since the end of Biblical days?
People for 2,000 have claimed to have seen Jesus.
Some of these people seem reputable and some do not.
In court the Apostle Paul said in Acts 26:19 he saw and was obedient to the “heavenly vision” where he saw Christ on what we call his “Damascus road experience.”
The Apostle called this a vision.
Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man.
He has a body – a resurrected body.
He ascended to Heaven 50 days after His resurrection.
Angels told the people in Acts 1 when and how the next time people would see Jesus.
9 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, 11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”
One day all humanity will see Him when he returns whether they are in Heaven, on Earth or in hell.
The world will know Him.
On Jesus Christ’s first trip to Earth he came as a Servant - Savior.
Jesus Christ said He will return as a Judge.
31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
When you see the King return know you are in His Kingdom.
Believe Christ died for your sins, repent or turn from your sinful life and trust Christ and serve Him.
The apostle Paul saw Jesus Christ in a vision.
The next time He returns you will see His glorious resurrection body.
