Question Answered about >The Wold's Confusion With Jesus

The world is perplexed and confused with the problem of who Jesus is.

QUESTION RECEIVED:
Christians are overwhelmed by the world wide Islam community.
They reject the Trinity, crucifixion and the 3rd day resurrection accounts of Jesus, and that Jesus was God’s only son.
Was Muhammad a false prophet?

MY ANSWER:

Yes we Christians, and God, claim that Jesus Christ is God’s only son, the second person of the Trinity.

This makes atheist mad.

John 3:16 New King James Version (NKJV)
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

We, along with Jesus Christ say He is King of the Jews.

This makes Jews mad.

Matthew 27:11 New King James Version (NKJV)
11 Now Jesus stood before the governor. And the governor asked Him, saying, “Are You the King of the Jews?” Jesus said to him, “It is as you say.”

Jesus Christ and Christians believe in Jesus is God in the flesh.
This makes Islamist, Jews and everyone else mad.

John 14:6-9 New King James Version (NKJV)
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
7 “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”
8 Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.”
9 Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?

Jesus Christ and Christians believe in the Trinity(Father , Son and Holy Spirit in the Godhead), and this makes Islamist, Jews and all non-Christians mad.
Matthew 28:18-19 New King James Version (NKJV)
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

The Bible bears witness from the empty tomb after the crucifixion that those who are enemies of the gospel will distort the gospel and crucifixion and resurrection.

Matthew 28:11-15 New King James Version (NKJV)
11 Now while they were going, behold, some of the guard came into the city and reported to the chief priests all the things that had happened. 12 When they had assembled with the elders and consulted together, they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, 13 saying, “Tell them, ‘His disciples came at night and stole Him away while we slept.’ 14 And if this comes to the governor’s ears, we will appease him and make you secure.” 15 So they took the money and did as they were instructed; and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

God believed in the Trinity, crucifixion, resurrection and His only Son, God in the flesh to be the only plan, and thank God for that plan, to save a sinful humanity from the beginning of time.  This infuriates a lost world.

Ephesians 1:4 New King James Version (NKJV)
4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,

Islam was created by Muhammad over 600 years after Christianity.  Yes he was a false prophet that corrupted the Old Testament and New as well as the crucifixion account.
Again, non-Christians are naturally enemies of the gospel.
But so was the Apostle Paul once.
All Christians were enemies of the gospel until they were saved.

A Christian is not called to get in nit-picky arguments with people of other faiths or no faiths.  Christ died for them.
Christians are called to be holy and follow the Great commission and witness.
(Matthew 28:18-19)   19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Check your salvation and follow Jesus.

In Christ Alone!
