How do you speak against a "man of God"?

QUESTION RECEIVED:
What does the Bible say about speaking against the man of God? Speaking against preachers?

 MY ANSWER:
Brother this could be a loaded question.
Why do I think this?
1.  Some people will support a preacher blindly and use this following verse for support no matter what a "preacher" has done.

1.) Samuel 26:9 New King James Version (NKJV)
9 But David said to Abishai, “Do not destroy him; for who can stretch out his hand against the Lord’s anointed, and be guiltless?”

2.) Others will viciously attack pastors and use this verse for support no matter what a preacher has or has not done.

Matthew 7:15
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves."

A preacher assuming he is saved is a brother.
How should you approach him?
Like Jesus would -  with love and in the man’s best interest.
This is done to restore the man's relationship with the Lord..

Matthew 18:15-20 (New King James Version)
15 “Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. 16 But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ 17 And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.
18 “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. 19 “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
