Infant Baptism - Believer's baptism

Question Received: I attend a church that teaches that infant baptism took the place of circumcision. They teach that it does not save the child, but that when the child comes to a saving faith, they look back to their baptism. They will not re-baptize a new believer who was baptized as a child. Is this unbiblical?

My Answer-

Infant baptism is a baptism not accepted by most "Free Churches" or those with independent church government. Baptist, Bible Churches, Independents, some Calvinistic, Churches of Christ or Pentecostal heritage churches do not.  There is always exceptions when speaking broadly.

Church Government

Question Received: I was asked the question today by my friend who is of Mormon faith: What church hierarchy did Jesus have, or leave his followers? I know she is referring to apostles, desciples, etc. I belong to a full gospel, nondenominational church and avoid legalistic doctrines. I don't recall Jesus setting up a church hierarchy. Paul and his peers went through great lengths to avoid heirarchies, I thought. Please help. Thank You.

My Answer-
What hierarchy did Jesus have? Easy, top down managment from heaven.
The Son prayed to His Father for direction, guidance and wisdom.
Jesus only

Satellite Churches

Question Received: If I have a core group of believers that I fellowship with on a routine basis. If I have the ability to volunteer and serve in a local capacity. If I tithe properly, is there anything that would prevent me from following one or more on line or satelite churches instead of going to a brick and mortar building????

My Answer-
Yes the church is people not "brick and mortar" but humans, who do use buildings.
Yes buildings are needed. Your area needs ministry. People need ministry. I want to see how this can best be done by internet or TV over the local church? I can not.

This is an opinion question. I will give you my opinion shaped by scripture and my strong view of the biblically mandated

Biblical Sexual Ethics

Question:211465: What do you do as a church, if a transexual comes in and they know the word of God, but continue to dwell in that sin (that sex change). Do you confront a person like that and gently tell them that this is sinful??

Profile:Male Under 18 ---

My Answer-
Yes, we want all visitors to come to church. We want them not hindered by us if they are drawn near to God. We should welcome all. We do not expect (unsaved or perhaps saved and confused) visitors to agree or live by the vows and obligations of saved church members who expressed their commitment to the Lord and

Seminary Choosing

Question received-

I'm looking into going to seminary, but I'm worried about going to a place that does not hold biblical truth/infallibility (inerrancy). I've been looking into Fuller Seminary but some people have told me that they are a liberal school that doesn't believe in the inerrancy of the Bible, but they do believe the Bible is infallible. What is the difference between infallible and inerrancy? Is Fuller good school? PS. I'm not asking for an endorsement, just an overview/history of Fuller that would help me decide whether or not to attend that seminary. Thank you!

To paraphrase R.C. Sproul "inerrancy" means our Bible, the sacred Scriptures, in the original autographs contain no errors. "Infallible" means
