The Lord has blessed me with a job.
I have been down not being in full time ministry.
I will follow the Lord's direction-though I do not know where he is leading.

I just finished reading "Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire" by Jim Cymbala who is the Pastor of the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church.
I was moved by the message that we can have right doctrine but be frustrated that we have no gospel power in our ministry.
His solution he found as a struggling pastor was to turn it over to God in prayer and to make prayer the center of ministry.
This was Jesus passion as he cleared the temple as His people missed this.

Luke 19:46
English Standard Version (ESV)
46saying to them, "It is written, 'My house shall be a house of prayer,' but you have made it a den of robbers."

My prayer list is
Jack Waldrip (Triple by-pass heart surgery.)
Rev Mike Reynolds and family at West Hall Baptist. (Teenager son Dave is battling cancer and has been in the hospitol.)
Ray Rhodes, as pastor and dear friend at Grace Community Church in Dawsonville. (His father is in bad condition from prostate cancer. Ray is an itinerant minister, and church planter with one daughter o be married in December. His wife Lori is due soon with another child.
Dustin Charlton, 4 year old on chemo again. Here is a note from his mother Heather Nichole Charlton-"our son david was diagnosed with skin LCH oct 9,2008. on Oct 11,2010 he was diagnosed with gastrointestinal involvement. He underwent 6 months of chemo and went into remission on april 15,2011. on Sept 9,2011 David relapsed and is now undergoing treatment for a year."
My father George law, a Parkinson's patient is in a rehab facility with a broken hip.

Th Lord hears our prayer. I am convinced we His people need to yield all to Him so the power of the gospel can strengthen weak flesh like mine, and he will be glorified.

I am currently reading this prayer below from the early church as He is our only hope.

Acts 4:23-31 ----- The Believers Pray for Boldness

23When they were released, they went to their friends and reported what the chief priests and the elders had said to them. 24And when they heard it, they lifted their voices together to God and said, "Sovereign Lord, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and everything in them, 25who through the mouth of our father David, your servant,[c] said by the Holy Spirit,

"'Why did the Gentiles rage,
and the peoples plot in vain?
26The kings of the earth set themselves,
and the rulers were gathered together,
against the Lord and against his Anointed'—
27for truly in this city there were gathered together against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel, 28 to do whatever your hand and your plan had predestined to take place. 29And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants[e] to continue to speak your word with all boldness, 30while you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus." 31And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness."

Please let me know how we can minister to you.

In Christ Alone!
